Doreen Mazakpwe, from Mukono, Uganda, is a medical doctor and IBCLC with over nine years of experience providing skilled lactation and nutrition support to expectant and new mothers to achieve their infant and breastfeeding goals. She is the founder and business owner of a lactation consultancy. She has a special interest in infant and young child feeding within the first 1000 days, with a background in medical research and a master’s degree in human nutrition. Doreen has extensive experience providing peer-to-peer support.
