Yeva Posner, RN, BSN, IBCLC, is a Nurse Manager at the Baby-Friendly designated Montefiore Nyack Prenatal Center, which provides comprehensive care during pregnancy and postpartum. Originally trained as a midwife in Kyiv, Ukraine, she brings nearly 40 years of experience in maternal and child health. An IBCLC since 2012, Yeva previously led her former hospital to become the first in the Northwell system to achieve Baby-Friendly designation. She is dedicated to advancing lactation support and, as Vice President of the Tri-State Breastfeeding Association, Yeva continues to promote breastfeeding and support IBCLCs in her community.
