Kristi Salisbury CDM CFPP RD is the owner of dk Foodservice Solutions, LLC and currently the Culinary Director at Johanna Shores Senior Living. She works to develop strong leaders in the healthcare foodservice industry. She continues to stay active in her professional associations to develop opportunities for dietary managers and dietitians.
Personally, she is a wife and mother of three beautiful, breastfed daughters.
