Kristi Salisbury has served as the Public Member of the IBLCE Board since 2020. She is the owner of dk Foodservice Solutions, LLC and currently the Culinary Director at Johanna Shores Senior Living. She continues to stay active in her professional associations to develop opportunities for dietary managers and dietitians. Personally, she is a wife and mother of three beautiful, breastfed daughters.
