How can I update the email address that is connected to my IBLCE account?

To update your email address, please log in to IBLCE’s new online credential management system with the email you registered with IBLCE.

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see your email address in the top right. Click on this for a dropdown menu. Select “Profile” and then “Update Profile.” Then you can change your email address to whichever address is best to receive IBLCE email.

Please don’t create a new account if you already have one! If you need to reset your password, you can see how to do so here.
