Examination Scoring & Analysis

Once the examination administration closes, the post-administration analysis begins. The IBCLC examination results are reviewed in all 17 languages. This careful review takes time, but, ultimately, it is to provide the most fair and accurate results to IBCLC test-takers.

You can learn more about examination scoring in the November 2020 IBLCE Briefing.

Release of Results in the IBLCE Online Credential Management System
(Planned completion by the end of 2021)

After scoring and analysis is complete, IBLCE will upload your score to your personalised account in IBLCE’s online credential management system. You will receive an email when your score is ready, which will include instructions to help you access your score and options for certification verification.

Registry Updated
(Planned completion by the end of January 2022)

The online Public Registry will then be updated to include the results of the September 2021 examination administration.
