Update as of December 15, 2021: September 2021 IBCLC Examination Results are Available Online

As of today, examination results for the September 2021 examination administration have been released and are ready for candidates to view in their online accounts.

The online credential management system is available in English, Spanish, and German. For all other IBLCE languages, translated instructions will be sent by email. They are also available on our website here.

All September 2021 candidates must log in to their online credential management account to access their results.

Due to the continued impact of the pandemic on the logistics of certificate mailing and worldwide postal delivery services, the sending of IBCLC certificates by post is delayed. Certificates and identification cards will follow by post in early 2022. Further information will be provided as it becomes available. If you have recently moved, please update your address in your profile in IBLCE’s online credential management system by the end of the calendar year.

In the meantime, IBLCE will provide passing candidates with a formal verification email for their recertification by the end of 2021.

Here are other ways you can verify your certification status, depending on your needs:

  1. Logging in to your online account in the credential management system and following these steps to find your certification status.

  2. Submitting a Certification Verification Request to the IBLCE location that serves you. You will need to submit the request on behalf of your employer or whomever else requires the verification.

  3. Checking the IBLCE online registry to verify an IBCLC certification status. The registry will be updated with the results of the September 2021 examination by the end of January 2022, as is typical.

  4. Contacting your IBLCE location for additional assistance.

Please review your account and contact your IBLCE location with any questions.
