Over 1,500 candidates from approximately 50 countries sat the March/April 2022 IBCLC examination. IBLCE began releasing examination results to candidates in their online credential management account today.
Releasing the examination results is an intensive process; therefore, it will take approximately 72 hours to release all examination results. The examination results must be released in segments. This means you may see your results before or after someone else you know.
Please note: Some parts of the online credential management system must be disabled to release examination results. This may affect all IBCLCs, including those who did not sit the March/April 2022 IBCLC examination.
For IBCLCs Recertifying by CERPs in 2022: Applications to recertify by CERPs are temporarily unavailable.
Applications to recertify by CERPs in languages other than English, German, and Spanish will remain available on your language page.
As a reminder, the deadline to recertify by CERPs is September 30, 2022.
If you have already applied to recertify by CERPs, you will temporarily be unable to check on the status of your application.
For all IBCLCs: You will temporarily be unable to check your credential status in the online credential management system.
You can still check your credential status in our online Public Registry. Please contact your IBLCE regional location if you need assistance checking your credential or recertification by CERPs application status.
Access to all parts of the online credential management system will be restored when we have completed releasing examination results. We will share here and on social media when everything is once again available.
Once all results have been released, IBLCE will send an email to candidates with instructions to access their examination results and their score report online. Please know that your official result will be in the online version of your personal account.
New IBCLCs and recertifying IBCLCs will have options to verify their certification. Information will be provided in your notification email about your options. The mailing of certificates and identification cards by post will follow the release of scores in your online account before the end of the year. Please note that IBLCE will be updating its online registry by the end of August 2022.
